Our ladies only gym offers new state of the art, full body fitness equipment including the hotly talked about fluid rowing machine. This uses water to imitate the resistance felt in a real rowing boat. There is also a multi gym, free weights, balance balls, cross trainers and much more, all in a comfortable, friendly & welcoming environment.

A fully qualified fitness instructor is on hand to offer training advice as well as a 12 week tailored program and a health & lifestyle consultation for every member.
