Having recently been refurbished the gym offers some of the latest equipment including fluid rowing machines, recline bike, multi gym and cross trainers to name just a few. So whether you're looking to lose weight, tone up or generally have more energy and feel better about yourself, we can help. As a new member you will receive a health and lifestyle consultation and a programme every 12 weeks based on your specific goals. And 10% off all beauty treatments excluding offers. Our beauty salon offers a wide range of award winning treatments from Thalgo facials to reflexology, hot stone massage, Jessica manicures and pedicures, Fake Bake Tans and lots lots more! Come and enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating treatment in our tranquil setting. Free parking just outside takes away all hassle so you can make the most of your treatment. We have two treatment rooms so why not bring a friend along? Craycombe Cafe is situated next door so you could enjoy a light lunch after your treatments!
